Plot Summary

In the near future, a mysterious virus called ZN1 will spread globally, causing thousands of people to become bloodthirsty zombies, and those bitten by them will soon be infected and become zombies of the same kind. The US government is completely paralyzed, and humanity is facing the fate of extinction. At a temporary gathering point in Upper New York, National Guard Chief Charles Garnett (played by Tom Everett Scott) and his partner Roberta Warren (played by Kellita Smith) welcomed unexpected visitors. The visitor's name is Mark Hammond (played by Harold Perrineau), who claims to be a lieutenant in the Delta Force. He requests Garnett and others to assist in escorting a man named Murphy (played by Keith Allan) to California. Mofei was attacked by eight zombies, but he survived unscathed because he was injected with antibodies against the ZN1 virus. As the last hope of humanity, the interim government demands that Murphy's life be saved no matter what. During the journey, Hammond was attacked and killed, while Garnett took on the responsibility of escorting and embarked on a tumultuous journey with the survivors around him
