Plot Summary

A-Tai (played by Jackie Chan) has been volunteering to be a carefree sailor since childhood. Unfortunately, his brother Dudu (played by Sammo Hung) has a natural intellectual disability, and A-Tai, who has been dependent on Dudu since childhood, has never realized his dream of becoming an ordinary police officer in order to take care of him. But Atai is not happy at the police station. With his unrestrained nature, he is extremely unpopular with his superiors.
