Plot Summary

When night falls over New York, it becomes a crime ridden city again. Chinese police officer Huang Billy (played by Jackie Chan) and his colleagues came to a bar to celebrate their 10th anniversary in the United States. Unexpectedly, his colleague was killed by a group of intruders. Angry Billy brought the culprit to justice, which angered his boss. He was sent to the fashion show of tycoon Shabi Road as a punishment to maintain order. During the performance, Shabi Road's daughter Luna was kidnapped by a group of people. Shabi Road's bodyguard Benny had made multiple phone calls to Hong Kong before the incident. Various signs indicate that Shabi Road had cooperated with Hong Kong's top drug lord Gao Weiluo (played by Qiao Hong), and their dispute may have led to this kidnapping. Billy and his partner Danny Aiello (played by Danny Aiello) travel to Hong Kong, where they find Gao Weiluo's former two partners Li Xing and He Tian's daughter He Meifang (played by Ye Qianwen), hoping that they can provide clues.
