Description
Plot Summary
Before 2000, Plato proposed the idea that the real world only exists in our imagination. The current society has confirmed this viewpoint, that everything from "smart bombs" to nuclear tests can be simulated in computers. This simulation provides very valuable information while reducing the potential damage to the real world. If this world were originally false, if this theory were developed, and the boundary between reality and illusion was blurred, what if everything had already existed? The movie 'Alien Hacker' foreshadows this tempting but terrifying possibility. On the thirteenth floor of a public building, imaginative Douglas Hall (Craig Bilco) and Hannon Fuller (Amin Muller Steyr) pushed virtual reality to its limits by simulating Los Angeles in 1937 on a computer. Hall woke up in confusion to find Fuller murdered and a bloody shirt in his house. Hall became the top suspect. Did he do it? Why can't he remember anything? What else can connect to this virtual world? Hall is involved in a vortex of murder and lies, and Fuller's death uncovers the secrets of a dangerous dual life (1937 and the real world). Fuller's mysterious death is being investigated by detective Macbeth (Dennis Heisborough), which also piques the curiosity of Hall's college classmate Whitney, but with dangerous consequences. But when Hall met the beautiful and mysterious girl Jane (Gretchen Moore), the boundary between fantasy and reality blurred. She has questionable motives and possesses terrifying secrets. In order to find the answer, Hall had to shuttle back and forth between the real world and the simulated world, constantly colliding with the past and present on the thirteenth floor. Hall not only had to uncover the truth behind Fuller's death, but also faced his own real world. Computer scientists Harmon Fowler (played by Armin Muller) and Douglas Hall (played by Craig Bilge) have developed the virtual reality of computer science to the highest level. They created a vivid and realistic 1937 Los Angeles on a small computer chip. They often come and go between the virtual and real worlds. Haimeng discovered a shocking secret in the world of 1937 and urgently needed to tell his colleague Douglas, so he left the letter with the secret in the world of the 1930s. On the night Haimeng returned to his current world, he was killed! The next day, Douglas woke up and first found a bloodstain in his home, then heard the news of Haimeng being killed. Douglas is naturally considered the number one killer of Haimeng. Douglas actually doesn't remember anything from the previous night, could he be the murderer? At this moment, a mysterious woman claiming to be Haimeng's daughter suddenly appeared. What is the connection between this woman and the murder case? How does Douglas find out the truth of the matter? Who killed Haimeng? Is it a killer from 1937? Alien Hacker "is another new work produced by ID4 and Kuesla Productions - Roland Emlik. The story concept is quite innovative, and the content is all based on the most popular computer virtual reality and the skeleton of the afterlife and this life. All the characters in the film must shuttle through a world of truth, falsehood, and reality, making it a thriller science fiction film related to the theme of the end of the century. This film is produced by Columbia Samsung and distributed by Bowei.
