Description
Plot Summary
Xu Huaigu (played by Xu Guanwen) specializes in fortune telling, but in reality, he only collects information about customers in advance and utilizes their psychology, earning him the nickname 'divine calculation'. The wife of the tax bureau chief suspected that her husband was having an affair and came to divinate, unexpectedly allowing Xu Huaigu to guess the name of the suspected chief's lover. After being scolded by his wife, the director decided to send tax assessor Qiu Haoji (played by Leon Lai) to investigate Xu Huaigu's income. During the investigation, Xu gained superpowers due to a head injury, which allowed him to see the future of others by touching their hands and feet. Haoji asked Xu Huaigu to approach businessman Hun Sen in order to get promoted, hoping to find evidence of his tax evasion. At first, Hun Sen avoided everything, but when he found out that Xu Huaigu was a cunning strategist, he paid a heavy sum of money to hire the two of them. Haoji takes this opportunity to thoroughly investigate Hun Sen
