Description
Plot Summary
The only eyewitness to a murder case in Hong Kong, Michelle (played by Lily Chung), is being pursued by assassins because her fianc é is a wealthy businessman with close ties to high-level officials in mainland China. The talented Chinese special police officer, Xu Zhengyang (played by Jet Li), has been appointed by the central government to protect Michelle in Hong Kong. When the two first met, they grew tired of each other, but gradually discovered each other's strengths and developed feelings for each other. However, due to his identity and job nature, Xu Zhengyang tried to suppress his emotions as much as possible, but he couldn't help but worry about gains and losses when deliberately avoiding them.
