Description
Plot Summary
Wang Bo (played by Andy Lau) and Wang Li (played by Liu Ruoying) were originally the best thief partners, but due to being pregnant with Wang Bo's child, Wang Li decided to stop and redeem herself, causing a disagreement between the two. At the railway station, Wang Li is moved by his simplicity when he meets a country boy named Siligen (Wang Baoqiang) who has just earned a sum of money from the city to go back to his hometown to build a house with it to marry his daughter-in-law. Wang Li decides to secretly protect his hard money from being stolen. Wang Bo thinks about finding a suitable opportunity to start, but finally falls into Wang Li's camp because of his "deep love between husband and wife". Unexpectedly, Shagen's money had already been targeted by another famous pickpocketing gang led by Uncle Li (played by Ge You). As a result, a series of fierce battles were staged between Wang Bo, Wang Li, and Uncle Li's gang around the banknotes in Shagen's backpack.
