Plot Summary

The "vertical saw" (played by Tobin Bell) and the new apprentice Amanda went missing together, and the police searched everywhere, casting a cloud over the entire city. One night, Lian En Darren (played by Dina Mayer), a female doctor who had just finished her night shift, was kidnapped. When Lian woke up, she was terrified and found herself tied up in an abandoned empty room with another unlucky victim, Jeff (played by Angus McPherson). At this moment, the 'vertical saw' was bedridden and on the brink of death. Lian En was told that unless she could save the madman's life before the game of death was completed, she and Jeff would undoubtedly die!
