Plot Summary

Young Professor X Charles (played by James McAvoy) and Magneto Eric (played by Michael Fassbender) are a pair of like-minded friends. They were the first to discover their superpowers and worked with several other mutants at the CIA. The Nazi war profiteer Shaw (played by Kevin Bacon), who triggered Eric's superpowers, has been trying to provoke a nuclear war and find ways to stir up conflicts between the United States and the Soviet Union. Eric and Charles have been fighting against the mutants under Shaw's control, striving to stop Shaw's conspiracy. Xiao instigated the Soviet Union to trigger the Cuban Missile Crisis.
