Plot Summary

The film is adapted from the original novel by former film journalist Tom Brady. The origin of the story takes place in 1973, when a little girl named Clover tragically murdered her younger brother due to a mistake while escorting him. Twenty years later, adult Clover (played by Andrea Riseborough) becomes a very radical member of the Irish Republican Army for revenge, and joins forces with two other brothers, Gerry and Conier, to undertake a tricky mission arranged by the organization - to create a shocking explosion on the London Underground. But in this operation, Croft was intercepted by senior MI5 officer Mike (Clive Owen), who gave him two choices: either to go to 25 years in prison and never see his son again; Secondly, he betrayed his brother and became a top secret informant for MI5.
