Description

Plot Summary

This film is the directorial debut of Brian Krugman and Lee Sternso, the two screenwriters of "Genesis: Chronicles of War". Although Rory (played by Bradley Cooper) has been working hard to write, he has never been favored by a publishing house and occasionally relies on his father's financial support to make ends meet. When going on their honeymoon in Paris with their newlywed wife Dora (Zoe Saldana), they bought a manuscript bag from a second-hand store. Rory accidentally discovered an old novel manuscript inside, and its content deeply attracted him. In the end, he took the novel as his own and published it, which finally made him famous and a rising star in the literary world. And a mysterious old man (Jeremy Irons) suddenly appears, telling Rory that he is the author of the novel and telling him a true love story set in Paris. Faced with all of this, Rory felt an inescapable sense of guilt. Will he take success for granted or is it a moral test?
