Plot Summary

Weight loss coach Jules (played by Cameron Diaz) and partner Ivan (played by Matthew Morrison) had a child who came earlier than the wedding ring. Wendy (played by Elizabeth Banks), who runs a baby goods store, and her young mother-in-law are both pregnant at the same time, but she finds that the supposed happy October of pregnancy doesn't seem as wonderful as she imagined. Photographer Holly (played by Jennifer Lopez) decides to adopt a child, but before that, she needs a house and a job, and her husband feels a lot of pressure to become a qualified father. Loxi (played by Anna Kendrick) and Mark (played by Chace Crawford) run their own food trucks, sparking competition. An unexpected pregnancy makes Loxi face up to her fleeting relationship with Mark, and the subsequent loss makes her reflect on her responsibilities and obligations as a mother.
