Plot Summary

Young Kyle (Channing Tatum) works in the congressional security department after retiring from the front lines in Afghanistan. His ultimate dream is to protect US President Soya (Jamie Foxx). Kyle and his divorced wife have a daughter named Emily (played by Joey King) who is currently in elementary school. Due to her father's military service experience, she has become a political enthusiast and particularly admires President Soya and the White House. Kyle promised to take his daughter on an internal day trip to the White House to make her happy, and also to apply for a job in the Secret Service led by Carol (Maggie Gyllenhaal) on the same day. But on the same day, a group of unidentified armed militants disguised themselves and infiltrated the White House to search for President Soya, setting off a bloody storm. Can Kyle, who is accompanying his daughter on a visit, bravely rescue the president in the face of danger? Can Kyle protect his daughter at the same time? And is there a dirty secret hidden behind this inexplicable violence?
