Plot Summary

In order to celebrate the birthday of his beloved younger brother, Rookie (voiced by Christopher Knights), the boss (voiced by Tom McGrath) led Rookie and his good partners, Koski (voiced by Chris Miller) and Rigo, into the most heavily guarded US Gold Reserve Center, just to find the only vending machine selling French fries at the end of the vault. Unexpectedly, shortly after completing their mission, they were swallowed by a vending machine with tentacles and transported to a mysterious location. In a fully enclosed facility, four penguins saw octopus Dave (voiced by John Malkovich) disguised as a genetic scientist. Originally, Dave was a star octopus in the zoo, but with the arrival of cute penguins, he fell into a valley of despair. Therefore, Dave devoted himself to developing a terrifying serum and vowed to retaliate against all the penguins in the zoos he had stayed in. The boss and his companions were rescued by the North Wind Agent Team during their escape, and they and these arrogant agents will each stop Dave's conspiracy...
