Plot Summary

After the destruction of the planet Wotan, the Wotan people, consisting of seven races, came to Earth seeking help and hoping to settle down here. The Earth government engaged in negotiations with the Wotan people for about six years, ultimately rejecting their demands. The Wotan people refused to leave, and war broke out immediately. The war lasted for nine years, and neither side was able to eliminate the other, so they had to sit down and negotiate. The Earth has become a completely different planet from before, and only by setting aside disputes and jointly developing can both sides survive. Aliens have reconstructed the surface of Earth, forcing humans and aliens to coexist peacefully. Jeb (played by Grant Bowler) is a law enforcement officer in an emerging city who lost his wife and children during the war, leading to his introverted personality. Adopting Irisa (played by Stephanie Leonidas), a mixed race of human and alien races, and nurturing her as her trusted assistant. The mayor (played by Julie Benz) is a typical idealist who hopes to use political means to maintain social peace and stability. However, some forces are attempting to establish a new social order here .....
