Plot Summary

The protagonist is a middle-aged man named David Mann (played by Dennis Weaver) who is driving alone on an empty interstate highway that day. Then a large truck appeared and stood in front of David, who rudely overtook him. Then the two cars overtook each other on the highway. At first, David was angry and wanted to overtake each other and walk ahead, but later he found that the truck driver was going crazy and wanted to kill him. He had to stop and tidy up at the roadside restaurant to prepare to continue on the road, only to find that the ghostly looking truck was parked outside, and David didn't even know who the driver was. Subsequently, the truck chased David relentlessly, but he couldn't shake off the truck in any way he could. He had to engage in a duel with the truck that followed him like a shadow...
