Description
Plot Summary
This is a personal autobiographical film about struggle. In 1951, ambitious Edwood (played by Johnny Depp) finally waited for the opportunity to stage a self-directed and acted film, but the plan soon fell through. Ed did not give up, but continued to look for investors, actors, and even his girlfriend was brought into the production team to participate in the performance. Every time he was halfway through the preparation work, he still didn't get the movie contract, his dreams were shattered time and time again, and his girlfriend left him. Although our Ed has been hospitalized for a while now, he has not given up on his dream chasing journey: he still runs around looking for investors, begging famous actors to join his crew, and is beaten by the audience's rotten eggs and tomatoes in the cinema. The scene is lively and humorous
