Plot Summary

The series is adapted from the popular horror movie of the same name starring George Clooney and Quentin Tarantino (Tarantino personally serves as the producer of the TV series), and the protagonists of the story are professional criminal Seth Gecko (DJ Cotrona) and his emotionally unstable brother Richie (Zane Holtz). Jesse Garcia will play a new character, Freddie Gonzalez, who is not in the movie. He is a Texas Rangers who vows to catch the infamous Gecko brothers. Don Johnson plays Texas Rangers Captain Earl McGraw (played by Michael Parks in the movie). Robert Patrick plays Jacob Fuller, Madison Davenport plays Kate Fuller, Brandon Soo Hoo plays Scott Fuller, and Jacob is the father of Kate and Scott. They were kidnapped by the Seth and Richie brothers and forced to become a part of their lives. Eiza Gonz á lez plays Sant á nico Pandemonium (played by Salma Hayek in the movie). Wilmer Valderrama plays the enigmatic underworld leader Carlos. According to El Rey's introduction, the Gecko brothers caused the deaths of multiple innocent people in a bank robbery, and both the FBI and Texas Rangers issued wanted warrants for them, forcing them to flee south to Mexico. The Gecko brothers met their former pastor Jacob Fuller and his two children Kate and Scott, and took them hostage. The Gecko brothers drove the Fuller family's station wagon across the border to a strip club, but they found that many vampires were gathered here. To survive, they must fight with all their might - until dawn arrives. The drama added some characters that were not in the original film and delved into the mysterious legends of the Americas. If the first season is successful, the story of each season will take place in a different location, but the story structure is the same: the protagonist must escape before dawn (meaning the entire season tells the story of the day).
