Plot Summary
Directed by Lee Todd Clegg and starring Blake Lively, Mitchell Hartman, Harrison Ford, and others, in 1908, Adeline (played by Blake Lively) was born. 27 years later, the once crying baby had grown up and formed its own family, becoming a mother. However, at the happiest moment of her life, an unexpected event left Adeline hovering on the edge of life and death, and she was fortunate enough to escape death. Soon, however, Adeline discovered that her body had undergone some wonderful changes. She no longer grew old, but remained forever at the age of 27. Having eternal life may sound wonderful, but it is actually full of pain. As time passed, the people loved by Adeline gradually grew old and eventually left her, leaving Adeline alone in this world, immersed in endless loneliness. Adeline closed her heart and no longer interacted with the outside world. After nearly eighty years, a man named Eli (played by Michiel Huisman) entered Adeline's life.
