Description
Plot Summary
Three university professors, Peter Winkman (played by Bill Murray), Raymond Stanz (played by Dan Aykroyd), and Egan Spengler (played by Harold Ramis), specialize in researching supernatural phenomena. They decided to leave the campus laboratory and form a 'ghost catching team'. They used the latest scientific instruments to deal with countless big and small ghosts lurking in New York City and achieved success. But the government department sees them as quacks. Until one day, a group of evil demons surrounded the entire New York City and possessed the beautiful woman Dena (Sigourney Weaver), everyone finally realized the seriousness of the situation. Can this' ghost catching squad 'save New York and make the devil nowhere to hide? This film was nominated for Best Visual Effects and Best Original Song at the 57th Academy Awards in 1985, and is considered one of the most popular and funniest comedies in film history.
