Plot Summary

The supreme Lei Li (played by Alan Tam), who dominates the American gambling industry, accepts the challenge of Taiwanese gambling king Cai Shanhe (played by Chen Songyong), and two gambling legends prepare to engage in a fierce battle in Macau.
