Description
Plot Summary
In Busan in 1978, Dongzhu (played by Zhang Dongjian) is a child from a poor family, while Junshuo (played by Liu Wuxing) is the son of a gang leader, particularly hardworking Shantai and kind-hearted Ronghe. Shantai often ranks first in the school, while Dongzhu and Junshuo are troublemakers who cause trouble everywhere, but the four of them are good friends. Dongzhu and Junshuo, who later entered middle school, were expelled from the school for standing up for Shantai. In Seoul in 1984, after entering university, Shantai and Ronghe searched everywhere for the whereabouts of their two friends, but these two friends have now joined the underworld. One is in prison, and the other is in drug rehabilitation. In the autumn of 1990, Shantai, who had studied in the United States, returned to his home country for vacation and reminisced about his old friendship. Due to mutual retaliation in the gang struggle, Dongzhu and Junshuo became true enemies. How should they face their former friends?
