Description
Plot Summary
The once peaceful and prosperous country of Aragaisia is now under the tyranny of an evil king (played by John Malkovich), hoping that the gods will rescue the angry and speechless people. One day, a young farmer named Eragon (played by Ed Speleers) found a strange stone in the forest, which turned out to be a dragon egg and hatched into a blue flying dragon. Iragong named the little dragon "Safira" and only after meeting the prophet Bloom (Jeremy Irons) did he understand what kind of opportunity it was - the Dragon Knight who once guarded this land should return and lead the people back to freedom. Under Bloom's guidance, Iragon began to learn swordsmanship and dragon control skills, gradually growing from an ordinary boy to a dragon knight who shoulders heavy responsibilities. The road ahead is full of dangers, but the road ahead leads to light... This film is adapted from the novel of the same name and is the first part of the "Genetic Trilogy".
