Plot Summary
Plot: This is a true documentary about the Iraq War, documenting the story of a group of Danish soldiers sent to Iraq to serve in the military and fight against the Taliban. Amadero tells the story of young soldiers during the war, how they lost their youthful innocence in Afghanistan. Amadero "is the name of one of the Danish soldiers who was sent to serve as a sentinel in Helmand, Afghanistan. And it was director Janus Mez Peterson who followed these young soldiers on the front lines for six months, delving into their inner worlds and trying to find what this meant for war.
