Description
Plot Summary
A few years ago, fantasy writer Guo Jing (played by Yu Wenle) wrote a novel called "Abandoned Village", adapted from an ancient legend. It is said that those who truly want to love will receive blessings when they arrive in a deserted village, while insincere couples will encounter misfortune. Its sadness and romance make countless young men and women yearn for it. Huo Qiang, Han Xiaofeng, Su Tianping, and Chunyu, four college students, are obsessed with "The Desolate Village". They are determined to find the real location of the deserted village and the female protagonist Yanzhi in the story. What was supposed to be a happy and relaxed adventure journey soon turned into a nightmare, as their love and lives were put to a huge test. On the other hand, Guo Jing's life also experienced a sudden upheaval, as his ex girlfriend Ouyang Xiaozhi (played by Zhang Yuqi) suddenly entered his world... This film is adapted from Cai Jun's novel of the same name.
