Plot Summary
Middle aged man Frank (Joel Murray) is deeply numb to the noisy world, and his life is like a stagnant pool, living aimlessly every day. He endured the harassment and humiliation of his selfish neighbor, felt helpless about his ex-wife's remarriage and daughter's rebellion, and despised shameless reality TV contestants. The reality of finally being diagnosed with a brain tumor and losing his job completely devastated Frank. Just as he was about to end his life by suicide, the insatiable desire for a talent show girl sparked his long hidden hatred, and he decided to seek justice in his own way. So Frank went out and killed the girl next door, Chloe, whom he thought he deserved to die. This scene was witnessed by another girl, Roxy (played by Tara Lynne Barr). Roxy also detests a society filled with ills, and actively participates in Frank's murder plan. Two people carrying guns walked onto the street and played murder games with great fanfare, becoming the focus of news tracking
