Description
Plot Summary
In the 1930s, Franklin, the three brothers of the Bondurant family, Forrest (played by Tom Hardy), Howard (played by Jason Clarke), and Jack (played by Shia LaBeouf), became famous for their bootlegging business in the local area. However, the real gang leader in the area is Floyd Banner (played by Gary Oldman). Forrest's bar has hired a new female waiter named Maggie Beauford (played by Jessica Chastain), while Jack falls in love with a priest's daughter, Bertha Minnix (played by Mia Wasikowska). Jack often tinkers with some novel things with his good friend Cricket Pate (Dane DeHaan), but in the eyes of his two brothers, he is always a child who cannot truly participate in their business. Newly appointed police officer Charlie Rakes (played by Guy Pearce) finds the Bondurant brothers very unpleasant, repeatedly causing trouble. How will the three brothers face the challenge?
