Plot Summary

Farewell to the hustle and bustle of the past, the increasingly desolate mining town of Lengshi has ushered in the most tragic and terrifying moment. For a considerable period of time, children in the town went missing one after another, and people believed that a man with a god like tall and demon like appearance took away the children. The case of missing children has shocked the whole country and made the residents of Lengshi Town anxious and fearful all day long. Julia Denning, a town nurse who lost her husband in her early years (played by Jessica Biel), doesn't seem to believe much in the legend of tall men. For her, being with her son David (played by Jakob Davies) is all happiness. One night just after being baptized by the rainstorm, Julia, who was slightly drunk after drinking, suddenly found that someone had invaded her home, and her son David had disappeared.
