Description
Plot Summary
In the depths of the distant universe, with the destruction of Krypton, the legendary story of Superman begins. Kryptonian Joe El (played by Russell Crowe) fights to the death against General Zod's (played by Michael Shannon) evil plan, adventuring to send his newborn son Carl El to Earth on the other side of the galaxy. Carl landed in a small town in Kansas, USA, and was fortunate enough to become the adopted son of Jonathan Kent (Kevin Costner) and Martha (Diane Lane), and was named Clark. Clark has shown unique abilities and characteristics since childhood, but these have surprised him while also causing countless troubles. Guided by his adoptive father, Clark (played by Henry Cavill) slowly discovers his background and the mission he shoulders. Finally, one day, the distant hometown 'compatriots' arrived. Standing at the two ends of hometown and earth, evil and justice, Superman is about to face a major decision
