Plot Summary

Lieutenant Colonel Kusanagi Suzuko (voiced by Mayumi Sakamoto), who was enjoying a short vacation, suddenly received a report from Bart (voiced by Kenichiro Matsuda) that a building in Nishiuchi had been attacked by terrorists, and government officials and commercial giants had been killed. Under the command of Kusanagi, Ishikawa, Boma, Paz, Bart and others from Class 9 worked together to completely subdue the terrorists, but Kusanagi accidentally contracted a mysterious virus during the operation. At the same time as the terrorist attack in the west, an explosion occurred at a dam in the outskirts. New Bin County police officer Togusa (voiced by Taruzu Aragaki) summoned Dr. Saudi, the head of a dam management company, who is a Kaldis from the war-torn Carson Republic. Under pressure from senior police officials, Togusa did not receive any useful information. On the other hand, Kusanagi learned that the true identity of the terrorists was the guerrilla organization of Kaldis. What truth is hidden behind the unexpected connection between two cases?
