Description
Plot Summary
The film is based on the youth story derived from the famous song "Letter to Fifteen Year Old You" by Japanese mixed race singer Angela Yagi. It tells the story of talented pianist Yuri Kashiwagi (played by Yui Aragaki), who returns to her hometown of Goto Islands in Nagasaki Prefecture to become a temporary teacher at a high school. In order to have the school choir perform at a concert, Kashiwagi proposes the topic of "writing a letter to myself 15 years later" to the students. By reading the students' letters, Kashiwagi learns about the secrets hidden in the hearts of 15-year-old boys and girls, and depicts the pure touching story between rural female teachers and students. It is known as the modern version of "24 Eyes".
