Description
Plot Summary
The film is the third installment in the Ant Man series and also the opening work of the fifth phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The story takes place after "Avengers: Endgame", where "Ant Man" Scott Long (played by Paul Rudd) and "Hornet Woman" Hope Van Dyne (played by Evangeline Lilly) become heroic figures who save the world. Dr. Pym and Janet, who have long been estranged, also enjoy a peaceful semi retired life. However, due to an accident, they and Scott's daughter Cathy (played by Kathryn Newton) accidentally enter the quantum realm and encounter the strongest villain in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Conquest the Conqueror (played by Jonathan Majors), in this dangerous unknown world, embarking on an adventure beyond their imagination.
