Plot Summary

Kai (played by John Cassavetes) has a fragile and frail wife named Rosmanli (played by Mia Farrow). Since they moved into their new apartment, Kai has been having a great time with an elderly neighbor couple. However, Rosmanli did not particularly like these neighbors, and what made her uncomfortable was a series of strange things that followed. Rosmanli saw the woman who committed suicide, and in the increasingly eerie atmosphere of life, she still had chilling dreams. In her dream, a long haired monster invaded her. Shortly after waking up from the nightmare, Rosemary learned that she was pregnant. The neighbor's old lady came to take care of Rosmanli and her unborn baby, but Rosmanli gradually suspected that all the strange things came from this seemingly kind neighbor, even her own husband! They are conspiring to calculate Rosemary's baby. Is it Rosmanli's illusion or is it true? When she saw that the newborn baby had no pupils in their eyes, Rosemary knew that the devil's breath was right in front of her.
