Description
Plot Summary
Philosophy professor Abo (played by Zukun Feng Lishi) suddenly feels hopeless in middle age, completely unable to find the meaning of existence. He teaches in a small town and meets two women: the lonely female professor Lida (played by Beatrice) who wants him to save her from an unhappy marriage, and the talented student Zhi'er (played by Emma Stone) who becomes his friend. Although Zhi Er already has a good boyfriend named Ale (played by Xie Meibokli), her depressed and self destructive artist personality and quirky past fascinate her. Even though Albert is very neurotic and psychologically unbalanced, Zhi Er's infatuation with him continues to grow. Unfortunately, the goddess had intentions, and Albert's love for Zhi'er remained unmoved But by chance, a conversation they overheard with a stranger changed everything, and Amber made a major decision to embrace a fulfilling life again. However, this decision triggered a series of wide-ranging events, and he, along with Zhi'er and Lida, were not spared …..
