Description
Plot Summary
Twenty seven year old Max (played by James Spader) is a successful advertising professional. Recently, his wife passed away, and to this day, Max has been unable to overcome the grief of losing her. As a result, his personality has become closed and gloomy. One day, he came to a small bar to drink and relieve himself. Here, Max met a 43 year old waitress named Nora (played by Susan Sarandon). Fate attracted these two people with huge differences in status and age to each other. Nora made Max temporarily forget the pain, and Max also taught Nora what respect is. Over time, they fell in love. However, this mismatched relationship in the eyes of the world is destined to face many tests. In the end, can their true love overcome secular criticism and the huge gap between them?
