Plot Summary

Miami cunning businessman Carter (played by Cole Hauser) uses his trading company's left cover to secretly engage in international money laundering activities. Although the FBI has been monitoring him for a long time, Carter is very cautious and almost isolated from the world, so no evidence of his crimes has been found. The FBI learned that Carter is very fond of underground racing and is the leader of a local racing gang.
