Plot Summary

A lonely wanderer comes to a small town to embark on his revenge plan, only to encounter a bigger challenge than he originally intended. The background of the film is a surreal dystopian society, where guns are prohibited from use and a sword sealing the throat is the rule. Nicholas, played by Ron Pullman, is the most powerful person in the entire Eastern Pacific. He is mysterious and unpredictable, the leader of a criminal group that sets iron fisted rules that require everyone to submit. Nikolai's wife Alexandra (played by Demi Moore) is a femme fatale with a mysterious past. There are 9 assassins around Nicholas, all of whom are dressed in red, hence the name 'the Red Gang'. Nicholas's most trusted confidant is the second assassin (Kevin McKild), who has a heart of stone and a tongue as sharp as a spring. His weapon is a deadly blade. The local citizens were afraid of Nicholas's tyranny and the power of his eagles and dogs, living in fear, hoping for a hero to overthrow the tyrant's rule and save them from the fire and water. One night, a mysterious homeless man (Josh Hanet) arrived at the local "Horseless Knight" bar. His purpose of returning was to seek revenge and kill Nicholas. Then, a young Japanese warrior named Yaoxi (played by Shintoiro) walked into the bar. Yaoxi wanted to avenge his father and retrieve the talisman that Nicholas had taken away. The homeless man and Yao Xi teamed up with Woody Harrelson as a bartender to overthrow Nicholas' rule and pursue him all the way.
