Plot Summary

Sam (played by Gerard Butler) was once an idle drug dealer, and his wife Lynn (played by Michelle Monaghan) refused to become a well paid stripper and found a regular job after converting to God, which made Sam even more frustrated. However, every time he was forced to accompany his wife to church, his attitude seemed to gradually change. Until one day, he suddenly proposed to his family that he would follow a missionary to Sudan. The family was shocked but had no choice but to let go, but this career completely changed Sam's life trajectory. At night in Sudan, Sam is always awakened by the noise, and the village residents rush in the opposite direction. It is only then that he learns that this is because his parents want to send their children to a safe place to sleep, because perhaps tomorrow the village will no longer exist. Sam, who was greatly shaken in his heart, decided to establish an orphanage here.
