Description
Plot Summary
The bustling and bustling international metropolis of Hong Kong, where people live tirelessly, never stopping. This is a race of money, honor, and status, where you and I indulge in it, unaware of the impermanence of everything and fleeting. In this bustling arena, a practitioner resembling a monk (played by Li Kangsheng) slowly shuttles through it. He lowered his head, draped in a red robe, and held a plastic bag of bread and fast food in his hand. Every step is taken steadily and thoughtfully, as if enjoying the intertwined practice. The sun rises and sets, and the traveler travels through Hong Kong in such an extraordinary way, as if it were a small, unmoving vessel in the center of a flowing river. I don't know the starting point, I don't know the ending point, I have never been, and I have nowhere to go... This film is part of the Youku "Beautiful 2012" microfilm series.
