Plot Summary

Located in the deep mountains and forests of Canada, Logan (played by Hugh Jackman), the "Wolverine" who carries the burden of eternal life, lives in seclusion here. In a conflict with a hunter, he received help from a Japanese woman named Xuesheng (played by Lilia Fukushima). Xue Sheng was a subordinate sent by his old acquaintance during World War II, who seemed to be dying and longed to see Logan again before his death. Logan, who crosses the ocean, finally meets in the weak field of Tadatoda, who hopes he can protect his granddaughter Shinriko (played by Okamoto Toshio). As the old man passed away, the flames of war suddenly ignited at the funeral. Logan risked his life to rescue Shinriko with the help of Yukinori, while Shingen (played by Hiroyuki Sanada), the son of Shingen, seems to have another plan. During his escape, Logan unexpectedly discovers that he has lost his self-healing ability, and Wolverine's biggest crisis strikes... This film is adapted from Frank Miller's original comic book.
