Description
Plot Summary
The story takes place in a small town called Chester's Mill, where an indestructible "dome" that falls from the sky severs all connection between the town and the outside world, and also puts an end to the town's long-standing illusion of calm. Soon, the residents of the small town saw the reality that they had become "turtles in a jar", and with the continuous consumption of resources, chaos was inevitable. After the unexpected death of the old sheriff, the burden of maintaining town order falls on the shoulders of the young deputy sheriff Linda (Natalie Martinez), while Congressman Big Jim (Dean Norris) sees a great opportunity to become the "ruler". Some strange symptoms appeared on the four children in Mill Town. In the woods, they discovered a small dome and became its protector, as the dome seemed to be conveying some message to them. As the scent of crime and danger gradually permeated the town, more and more signs showed that the dome chose Mill Town, which was not a coincidence.
