Plot Summary

On Phoenix Island, 300 kilometers away from Tokyo, an incident occurred where a person was trampled to death by a horse. Unexpectedly, it was brought to the door by Takashi Kobe (played by Mizutani Toyotomi), the old partner of Sugiuma Yoyo (played by Mizutani Toyotomi), and Hiroshi Kawakami. Originally, this private island was being offered as a training base to a militia organization with a background in the Self Defense Forces, which seemed to be suspected of manufacturing biochemical weapons.
