Description
Plot Summary
In 1959, Ye Wen (played by Donnie Yen) and Zhang Yongcheng (played by Xiong Dailin) sent their eldest son Ye Zhun back to Guangdong, while their child Ye Ye continued to study in Hong Kong. During the struggle against the gang led by Ma Jingsheng (played by Tan Yaowen) and his boss (played by Tyson), Ip Man led his disciples to defend the elementary school and met Zhang Tianzhi (played by Zhang Jin), who relied on pulling carts and fighting martial arts in underground casinos for a living. The two of them sympathized with each other. However, at this moment, Zhang Tianzhi, who claimed to be the "authentic Wing Chun", publicly declared war on Ip Man to fight for the reputation of his newly opened martial arts school. But Zhang Yongcheng suddenly fell critically ill, forcing Ye Wen to shoulder the responsibility of taking care of his wife and children. What choice would Ye Wen make when facing family and martial arts? Will he challenge Zhang Tianzhi and regain the title of "authentic Wing Chun" that belongs to him?
