Plot Summary

During the Republic of China era, Chen Shi (played by Liao Fan), a descendant of the Southern Wing Chun movement, came to Tianjin and met Tianjin martial arts master Zheng Shanao (played by Jin Shijie). In order to establish a foothold in the martial arts world, Zheng Shanao suggested that Chen Shi use the traditional method of teaching apprentices how to kick the gym to achieve his goal. After many twists and turns, Chen Shi married a stunning woman from Tianjin, Zhao Guohui (played by Song Jia), and also accepted a local youth, Geng Liangchen (played by Song Yang), as his disciple to kick the gym.
