Plot Summary
Alice Holland is a successful woman with a successful career and a happy family. She is a professor of cognitive psychology and a renowned linguist at Columbia University, and her husband is also a professor at Columbia University. Their three children have all grown up and have their own pursuits. At the age of fifty, Alice found that her memory was getting worse and worse. One day, she suddenly got lost in the place she was most familiar with. The doctor's diagnosis completely changed her life, as well as her relationship with her family and the world.
