Plot Summary

Quirrell, who narrowly escaped death during World War II, participated in an organization investigating German war criminals after the war. In a secret investigation, Queller repeatedly defeated his stubborn enemies and risked assassination to finally subdue the former Nazi war criminal. The novel was written by Edgar Allan Poe at that time.
