Plot Summary

Lord Vader (played by David Prowse) drives the resistance forces out of the base and sends thousands of probes to search for Luke Skywalker (played by Mark Hamill). The resistance forces ambushed the icy and snowy planet Haas, and Luke was accidentally captured by a snowman during a patrol mission. After using the "Force" to escape, he fainted and heard Obi Wan Kenobi (played by Alec Guinness) asking him to go to Dick's planet to search for Jedi Master Yoda for training. The Galactic Empire dispatched a large army to attack the planet Haas. Han Solo (played by Harrison Ford), along with the ape man Chewbacca (played by Peter Merlin), Princess Leia (played by Carrie Fisher), and the robot C-3PO, escaped on the Millennium Falcon spaceship and arrived at the Bespyeong Cloud City of Han Solo's old acquaintance, Governor Lando Carrissing (played by Billy Dee Williams), to temporarily rest. However, they discovered that Lando had already reached an agreement with Lord Vader to betray Han Solo and design a trap to lure Luke to come. Despite Yuda's dissuasion, Luke, who had not yet completed his studies, insisted on paying the insurance alone, and a fierce battle was inevitable. This film won the Best Sound and Visual Effects Special Contribution Award at the 53rd Academy Awards, and was nominated for Best Art Direction - Set and Best Original Film Music.
