Plot Summary

The movie tells the story of Arong (played by Leslie Cheung), Jiabao (played by Tony Leung), and Jiahui (played by Paul Chung) as they pursue their dreams. Arong, Jiabao, and Jiahui are classmates and friends in school, and after graduation, they each make different decisions about their own life paths. Arong comes from a poor family and was born rebellious. He has experienced various hardships in the world and his animosity with friends is gradually melting away. Jiabao, who loves music, was determined to pursue his dream. After not being understood by his family, he ran away in anger and worked with Arong and others to earn money and harvest pure love. In the end, he was discovered by a record company to have performed his own concert. The cynical younger brother Jiahui chose a path that his parents liked, but he also silently supported his brother and friends behind the scenes.
