Description
Plot Summary
At the beginning of the last century, rampant pirates in Hong Kong repeatedly hijacked merchant ships. Considering that the investment confidence of merchants from various countries would decrease as a result, the status of Hong Kong International Trade Center may not be guaranteed. The authorities reorganized their navy and established a special police team to be responsible for maritime security. Captain Ma Rulong (Jackie Chan) was framed while performing official duties and resigned in anger. The pirate leader Luo Sanpao (Dewey) took the family members of the officers and soldiers as hostages, and the authorities decided to use the insider Zhou Yongling to mediate. Because he had known that Zhou Yongling was colluding with pirates, Ma Rulong volunteered to rescue the hostages. He reorganized his navy and formulated Plan A, hoping to catch all the pirates through internal and external cooperation with his boss Hong Tianci (Yuan Biao) and good brother Zhuo Yifei (Hong Jinbao).
