Description
Plot Summary
Betty (played by Beatrice Dall) is a free spirited and extreme woman. She cannot be restrained, cannot tolerate her loved ones being deceived and insulted by others, and her talents are not valued. After Sanger (played by Jean Hugues Anglade) took her in, her personality became so sharp that it was suffocating. She had crazy sex with Sanger, almost crazily pursuing a perfectionist love. When she discovered that Sanger was a genius writer, she resolutely typed his novel manuscript into type word for word day and night, and handed it over to the publisher. However, no one was willing to accept it, and despair slowly spread within Betty's body. She shamelessly hurts those who hurt herself and Sanger, paranoid and unable to tolerate the dirt in her eyes. The news of not being able to conceive hit her hard. So, Betty inevitably went crazy, even digging out her own eyeballs... In Sanger's eyes, Betty became a woman who couldn't bear to die.
